RETURN WINDOW:

• Returns are accepted within 30 days of purchase.

• All returns must include the original receipt.

• All stock returns are subject to a 25% restocking fee.

BREAKER SALES:

• All credit card and cash sale transactions may only be returned within 24 hours of purchase.

• Breaker returns are subject to a 50% restocking fee.

REFUNDS:

• Credit/Debit purchases: Refunded to the same card used.

• Cash < $50: Immediate cash refund.

• Cash > $50: Refund check mailed within 7 business days.

• K&M credit account purchases: Refunded to the same account.

• Gift card purchases: Refunded as in‑store credit.

PRODUCT CONDITION:

• Items must be in new condition with original packaging.

• Installed or used items cannot be returned.

• Non‑stock/special‑orders follow manufacturer return policies.

• No returns on cut wire or generators.
